• You may submit a request to opt out of sales or sharing by clicking on our website footer link: “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
• You may also call us toll free at 1-888-994-1389 to exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights.
• If you are opting out on behalf of a California resident, please attach a written authorization signed by the California resident authorizing you to make this request on their behalf.
• When a request has been submitted on behalf of a California resident and in certain other instances, we will require additional information to verify the identity and intent of the requester. This information may be submitted through the “Document Upload” field at the bottom of this web form.
